I have been living in this area for about 30 years. I have been married to my college sweetheart for 35 years. Together we have raised two daughters, Julie and Melissa and are the proud grandparents of Ashley and Erin. Julie is a school teacher and Melissa a Registered Dental Assistant. My wife, Connie, co-owns Walls Unlimited, a specialty painting and wallpaper company.

We moved to the MiWuk Village area after leaving Modesto. We reside now in the rural area of Tuolumne City where we can raise our cows and it is still country.

Since we moved here both my parents and Connie's parents, along with my sister have moved here as well. We all live in different areas of the county from Strawberry and Cold Springs to Soulsbyville and the Phoenix Lake area.

I have been working in this profession for about 15 years.I have built five homes in this area so I am pretty familiar with what goes into a house. It is only a house until you make it a home.

If you need to sell a home or investment property, I promise to work hard for you. If you are looking to buy, I will work equally hard. I really don't like to constantly "bug" someone, so if you want me to "bug" you, you'll have to ask me to.

I was raised to never be ashamed of what I do and to treat people the way I would want to be treated. This is how I treat my friends and clients. Usually when an escrow closes, I have another friend. I hope to speak with you soon.
